According to reports, the attackers were swiftly eliminated.
It appears that elements within the new terrorist government in Syria may be trying to provoke Russia. However, this could also be the work of rogue militants, as Al-Julani has little to no control over the foreign fighters and criminal gangs wreaking havoc across Syria.
