Djuric spoke on social media about the spiritual and historical closeness of the Serbian and Russian peoples. He also noted that Serbia fundamentally and proudly preserves the memory of the fight against fascism and Nazism and that “the decisive blow to the ideologies of hatred in World War II was dealt on the Eastern Front.”
