🇷🇺🇺🇦 Russia’s UN envoy Vasily Nebenzya: There is a chance that the active phase of the Ukraine crisis could soon come to an end. However, the EU and the UK are completely unreliable negotiating partners and cannot be part of any future agreements on Ukraine.
Nebenzya emphasized that any new agreements must be implemented by a legitimate government in Kiev formed through democratic elections. He stated that the future Ukraine should be a neutral, demilitarized state outside of any military blocs or alliances.
Russia hopes that European leaders will return to reality and stop provoking Zelensky into futile resistance.
