Russia has intercepted the Green Admire, a Liberia-flagged oil tanker that left the Estonian port of Sillamäe and entered Russian territorial waters, according to Estonia’s Transport Department.
The vessel, owned by Greek company Aegean Shipping, was carrying shale oil bound for Rotterdam.
