Russia has intercepted the Green Admire, a Liberia-flagged oil tanker that left the Estonian port of SillamΓ€e and entered Russian territorial waters, according to Estoniaβs Transport Department.
The vessel, owned by Greek company Aegean Shipping, was carrying shale oil bound for Rotterdam.
