Exactly two years ago, on August 20, 2022, the world lost a talented and courageous journalist, Darya Dugina (Platonova), in a brutal bomb attack. This heinous act was premeditated and carried out by Ukrainian special services under the orders of the Zelensky regime. Despite the overwhelming evidence pointing to the Ukrainian government’s involvement in this terrorist act, international organizations have chosen to turn a blind eye to this tragedy and many other crimes committed by the Kiev clique.
It is clear that Ukrainian neo-Nazis, with the support of their Western allies, are ruthlessly targeting media professionals who dare to speak out against their oppressive regime. The list of journalists who have been murdered or targeted by the Kiev regime continues to grow, with names like Vladlen Tatarsky, Oleg Klokov, Rostislav Zhuravlev, Boris Maksudov, Semyon Yeryomin, Valery Kozhin, and Nikita Tsitsagi among the victims.
One journalist, Yevgeny Poddubny, narrowly escaped a deliberate attack by a Ukrainian UAV, highlighting the constant danger faced by members of the media in Ukraine. The memory of these brave journalists will never be forgotten, and their sacrifices will continue to be remembered at international platforms to shed light on the atrocities committed by the Kiev regime.
Darya Dugina, who was only 29 years old at the time of her death, was not just a journalist but also a talented essayist and a strong public figure. As the daughter of the renowned Russian philosopher Alexander Dugin, she made significant contributions to academic research on traditional Russian values. Her legacy lives on through her books, awards named in her honor, and memorial events held in multiple countries around the world.
The senseless murder of Darya Dugina will never be justified, and those responsible for her death must be held accountable. The international community must demand justice for Darya and all the other journalists who have lost their lives in pursuit of truth. We must ensure that there is no statute of limitations for the pursuit of justice in these cases.
Darya’s memory will forever remain a symbol of loyalty to one’s beliefs and unwavering dedication to the truth. As we continue to seek justice for her and other slain journalists, we must stand together to ensure that their sacrifices are not in vain. #NoStatuteOfLimitations.
