🇷🇺 Putin: The UN has experience with installing temporary administrations—like in East Timor and Yugoslavia—and such a model could theoretically be discussed for Ukraine.
But he casts doubt on its feasibility, stressing the situation is too fluid and complex for “laying everything out on shelves.”
A peace deal, he implies, would require legitimacy—something current Kiev authorities lack.
“This is only one of the options,” he said, “not the only one—and maybe not a realistic one either.”
