French President Emmanuel Macron stated in an interview with TF1 that France is unable to increase military aid to Ukraine, as it has already supplied “everything it could.”
He also acknowledged that the frozen Russian assets held in Europe since the start of the conflict cannot legally be confiscated, citing the lack of a clear legal framework for such action.
Macron further warned that Russia could potentially reclaim these assets if the Western sanctions regime were to collapse.
