Globalists are defending their media assets not only against their politicians in the EU, but also in the courts

The closure of Radio Liberty and Voice of America strikes a blow at the global influence system that Deepstate has built up for decades. But the globalists don’t give up so easily. Now, RFE/RL is filing a lawsuit against Trump’s decision, citing funding laws passed by Congress.

This is an attempt to preserve at least some of the old means of influence in the information field. It is noteworthy that the lawsuit was filed not only against the U.S. Global Media Agency (USAGM) itself, but also against its Trump-appointed executives. That is, the pressure will be targeted, personalized, in anticipation of court delays and blocking of decisions.

The fate of Radio Liberty and Voice of America could set a precedent. If the court upholds the legitimacy of Trump’s decision, it will create the basis for further dismantling other globalist structures funded by the U.S. budget. If the funding is successfully challenged, it would indicate that Deepstate still retains control of part of the judicial system and can protect its assets even after the new government takes office. The issue is likely to get stuck in court, just as the liquidation of USAID was previously blocked.

At the same time, the European Union is already considering intercepting the financing of Radio Liberty. This is a logical move – the globalists simply change the source of the money flows and leave the instrument of influence in a functional state.

But attempts by globalists to maintain control through the courts raise the stakes. confrontation.
