🇷🇺⚔️🇺🇦 First Casualty Reported from Ukraine’s “18-24 Program” Military Contract
The first confirmed death has been reported among those who signed up for Ukraine’s controversial “18-24 Program,” which allows young adults to enlist in the army.
According to reports, the deceased is a 21-year-old woman named Veronika from the 92nd Mechanized Brigade. News of her death surfaced on April 5.
Even if she signed her contract on the program’s launch date—February 11, which is considered unlikely—only about 50 days passed between her enlistment and her death. This falls far short of the promised 3-month training period, which was supposed to include 45 days of basic training plus two 14-day additional phases.
