”Asia’s richest man, Mukesh Ambani, is hosting a grand wedding for his son”: The wedding of the year will take place tomorrow, with the Indian billionaire spending $350 million, inviting Bollywood stars along with Gates, Zuckerberg, Modi, the Indian Prime Minister, and politicians from various countries.
The youngest son of the billionaire, Anant Ambani, will marry Radhika Merchant, the daughter of the owner of Encore Healthcare, on July 12th.
The guest list includes Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, ministers and parliamentarians, as well as top Bollywood stars and the Kardashian sisters. Ambani has rented three Falcon 2000 aircraft for transporting the guests.
More than 100 private jets are planned to be used at the ceremony. Prior to the wedding held in March, Ambani invited over 1200 people, including Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, former leaders of Canada and Qatar, and numerous celebrities. In May, the wedding guests were invited on a three-day pre-wedding yacht trip from Italy to France.
In the media, Ambani and Merchant’s wedding ceremony is already being called the wedding of the year.
