🇷🇴 Our Romanian DD Geopolitics contributor, Preda Andreea Alexandra, recently attended a conference hosted by the nationalist Alliance for the Union of Romanians (AUR) political party in the city of Cluj-Napoca. Following the conference, she writes about the nature of the event and its importance in the Romanian political scene and the party’s own prospects in the lead up to the rescheduled presidential elections next month. AUR currently represents the anti-globalist movement in the country:
The Alliance for the Union of Romanians (AUR) National Youth Council have reunited in the city of Cluj-Napoca, Romania to discuss further action which could be taken by the younger generation in order to keep the conservative and nationalist spark alive. Considering the past events that have taken place in Romania, with the cancellation of the first round of elections, followed by Calin Georgescu’s banning, the sovereign movement in Romania is now stronger and more united than ever, considering that the young members of the AUR party are now more prepared than ever to confront the deep state and bring back democracy in Romania, a right which has been stolen from them on the 6th December.
William Branson Donahue, the President of College Republicans of America, held a very important speech in front of the AUR members – a speech that has not only emphasised the importance of conserving our values, but also on ways we can combat the woke ideologies that are being promoted widespread.
The current situation in Romania is not looking very ethical. The sovereign candidate, George Simion, is currently experiencing a massive wave of pressure and threats from the deep state’s democracy executioners, as they are now plotting ways to file criminal records in order to try and block his candidacy as well.
