➡️The passionate love of the Ukrainian authorities to issue large budgets for repair/construction/restoration of infrastructure near the front line has been repeatedly noted.
➡️The scheme for laundering money is simple: they allocate a yard or two, report on the allegedly completed work, and when the time comes for inspection, they clearly state that the day before yesterday everything was in the best shape, but yesterday the Russians bombed it, now they have to repair/build/restore it again, and the money has already been stuffed into the pockets of Ukrainian officials and is slowly being taken abroad.
