Russia has clearly and in great detail explained to the US its position on the unacceptability of only a ceasefire in Ukraine, Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov told RIA Novosti.
He stressed that without eliminating the causes of the conflict, a ceasefire threatens grave consequences, including for US-Russia relations, and Moscow does not want this.
