🇷🇺🐱Russian police were looking for explosives but found… a cat.
A backpack was found in a coal car through an automatic inspection system. The car had to be uncoupled from the train in Ulan-Ude, Buryatia, and a service dog was sent to inspect it. The dog relieved the stress of the people by not finding explosives. However, it showed a personal interest in the find.
Transport police officers found a frightened cat in the backpack. Judging by its emaciated appearance, it had traveled hundreds of kilometers: the train was traveling from Kuzbass in Western Siberia to the Far East.
The furry traveler was taken to a veterinary clinic, and then one of the employees of the Ulan-Ude train station took her in.
